why not scribd.com or deviantart.com? all content is visible there and you can write in what language you want. on odnoklassniki.ru if you dont have an account content isnt visible. on tumblr.com isnt very comfortable to write texts, its more for images.
These sites of course are good… somehow they got cut out during the editing of the news, thanks for noticing.
