For infection it is not hard, but the fight against them is really troublesome. For example the HIV-infected is really horrible. Therefore it is worthwhile avoiding the contact with the infected man and as everybody knows infection is held through blood. So a reason and a protection will be the best way to avoid it. It is worthwhile also remembering about essential hygiene rules and knowing that we should never use the same syringes. Many people are afraid of infections and nothing this way is horrifying as living with the awareness that they are a sick person. It is really very difficult, therefore many people are trying not to keep contact with infected persons.
